Everyone showed amazing sporting spirit during sports day - cheering on their teammates and supporting one another to take part and do their best. Year 6 started us off by running a Key Stage 1 and Reception carousel of activities including an obstacle course, throwing events and a football shoot-out. After that, the hotly awaited races commenced! There were some very close finishes with our volunteers having to be eagle eyed to ensure the points went to the right team. Thank you to our volunteers and those people who donated gazebos for the day to ensure the children did not get too much sun. A special mention to our wonderful PTFA who provided much needed lollies to cool us all down.
