School Day
Our School Day for all pupils
Starts at 9.00 am
Finishes at 3.30 pm
If a child is absent from school due to illness, medical appointments etc, parents are asked to email the office :
modbury@southhamsfederation. org.uk on the day of absence so that it can be recorded correctly.
The table below contains an example of our School Day.

School Pick Up Times
- Parents should telephone the office if, for any reason, they think they might be late.
- End of the School Day: Reception are collected from the playground by their class. Year 1 and 2 are collected from the courtyard. Year 3,4, 5 and 6 are collected from the playground.
- Children who use the school bus are taken to their bus by a member of staff.
- Any changes in travel arrangements require an email, note or telephone call to the office. We do not accept verbal messages from children.
